VERIFIED FIRMS

The Verified Firm Programme

Recognising prop firms that publish clear rules and support their traders.

OUR GOAL
Help traders find firms with clear rules and help good firms stand out.

The Verified Firm badge shows that a firm has published clear payout rules and gives its traders a way to ask questions and appeal. It is voluntary, free to apply for, and cannot be bought.

How a Firm Earns the Badge

Four steps, free of charge.

1
Apply

The firm contacts us with its name, website and how long it has been operating.

2
Share Your Rules

It sends us its published payout rules and how traders can ask questions or appeal.

3
Review

We check the firm against our published standard. Reviews typically take 5–10 business days.

4
Get Verified

Once approved, the firm can display “Verified by Proteqta” and appears on our list.

What We Check

The standard every Verified Firm meets.

Actively operating, at least 1 year

A real track record to review.

A registered, identifiable business

We know where the firm is incorporated and who runs it.

Published, clear payout rules

Rules traders can check against, with changes announced in advance.

A clear way to ask and appeal

Traders can ask questions and request a review of a decision.

Meeting these is what gets a firm into the review. The standard may be refined over time, and we will publish any change.

What the Badge Means — and Doesn’t

IT MEANS
The standard was met

The firm met our published standard when it was reviewed.

Rules are easy to find

Payout rules are published and changes are announced.

There is a route to ask

Traders can raise questions and appeals with the firm.

IT DOES NOT MEAN
An endorsement or guarantee

We do not guarantee a firm or its payouts.

That every payout is approved

Each payout is decided by the firm under its own rules.

That a partnership exists

Verified status is separate from partnering, and separate from the Payout Backstop.

For Traders

How to read the badge.

Look for “Verified by Proteqta”

It tells you the firm has published clear rules and a way to ask questions.

Not yet verified isn’t a warning

A firm may simply not have applied yet. Always read a firm’s rules before you start a challenge.

Your backstop works either way

You can add a Payout Backstop at any supported firm, verified or not.

Keeping the Badge

Fair and predictable for firms and traders.

Periodic review

Each Verified Firm is reviewed again at least once a year.

Notice before any change

If a firm no longer meets the standard, we tell it what has changed and give it time to respond.

Verified Firms List

Launching soon.

We are preparing to welcome the first firms. Each one will be listed here once verified, and nothing is published about a firm that has not applied.
